Maren turned 6 weeks old today. Quite the milestone in a baby's life. We've noticed she is a lot happier and I can even put her in the swing while making dinner without her crying immeditately. Most importantly, she said her first real "ahh" today. Chris and I were so excited and proud!

Maren turned 6 weeks old today. Quite the milestone in a baby's life. We've noticed she is a lot happier and I can even put her in the swing while making dinner without her crying immeditately. Most importantly, she said her first real "ahh" today. Chris and I were so excited and proud!

She looks a lot like Annie did when she was a baby. Only with a more realistically human-sized head than Annie ever had. We are all praying she gets to live closer to us someday. Rob is prepared with a list of incentives he's willing to offer. We just want a baby fix without having to have our own baby.
